Scale and corrosion is an actual problem for large and small-scale heat-and-power engineering, all branches of industry, housing complex and etc. Even if thickness of scale in boiler is only 1mm, 5-8% of fuel is spent to excess and if water treatment is of poor quality or absent - 15-30%.

Unique Russian energy-efficient technology of reagentless water preparation, worked out and patented by "MAXMIR-M" helps to solve this problem. Our technology has no analogue in Russia and Europe.

Our technology represents

Electromagnetic apparatus on direct current with 4 working chambers (clearances) of deaeration for four-fold influence of magnetic field on the liquid running within them, chamber of deaeration and electromagnetic generator for reinforcement and fixation of the results of magnetic treatment.

This is a new approach in creation of highly effective, economical, ecologically clean and reliable energy-efficient technologies of reagentless water preparation.

Our technology may be applied for magnetic treatment of any kind of water, including highly mineralized- , seawater, with temperature of more than 100 ⁰C.

We recommend applying our technology in 2 ways:

1. Permanent installation
   For cleaning and protection from scale and corrosion of water- and steam boilers, heat exchangers, coolers, condensers, heaters, other heat and power equipment, pipelines including saw sets inside the house.
2. Mobile installation
   For rapid washing and cleaning from scale in combination with reagents of any heat sets, nets and saw sets inside the house, that considerably reduces time limits of washing and quantity and concentration of reagents.

Specifications

Basic principles of work:

Thanks to the special form of magnetic field and in consequence of the Hall (Lorence) effect our electromagnetic direct current apparatus becomes generator of magnetic driving force (MDF). This initiates redox processes on boarder of metal and aqueous solution and secures mighty gorge and other types of effect on physical and chemical components of water.

Results:

1. Feeding the apparatus with direct current, we produce in working clearance (with the water movement) continuous alternating magnetic field, that changes according to gorge law (i.e. as well as in alternating current apparatus), that enables to secure stable effect of work even with considerable fluctuations of temperature and salt-content of work water.
2. Under the influence of magnetic field contained in water ferric oxides become centers of crystallization of salts, circulating in water mass. These oxides assist gorge effect of magnetic field on the elements of scale, smashing them and, as a result, appear fresh surfaces of scale breaks. Aggressive gases contained in water are spent to oxidize them. Smashed to size not more than 0,5 microns, scale crystals are carried off by water flows and can not settle down on heating and cooling surface, then these crystals are removed with extracted water from open systems of water intake and collected by dust catchers.
3. Ferric oxides, being oxidized to magnetite Fe3O4, swell in sublayer of scale, bloat and break them, and simultaneously generate on the surface of the cleaned from scale metal protective magnetite skin, that preserve surfaces of equipment and pipelines from corrosion; in further operation protective skin depth does not increase.
4. Under the influence of magnetic field alkalinity of circulating water is increased and that also promotes dissolution of scale.
5. Finished by magnetic field and electromagnetic-wave generator water keeps magnetic memory for a long time, thus this effect ensures proper work of the whole heating system without problems with scale even in case when generator is long switched off.
6. Dimension of 4 chambers of our apparatus, through which under the influence of magnetic field work liquid is running, is nearly 3 meters. It means that over the length of 3 meters the liquid is exposed to mighty continuous effect of magnetic field with alternate in direction vectors of magnetic induction. These vectors have both basic cross and longitudinal constituent of magnetic field that raises the extent of magnetic treatment of all running through the apparatus water including turbulence by walls of working chambers and clearances.
7. Exposed to continuous long influence of magnetic field in working chambers (clearances), liquid running within, then goes to the chamber of deaeration which has labyrinth type with barriers and gaps of certain size (total length of labyrinth of deaerator is nearly 3 meters), where the liquid experiences the influence of magnetic field, calculated so that oxygen in this unit is intensively absorbed.
8. Final stage of the effect on the worked by magnetic field liquid (after treatment in 4 working chambers and deaerator) is the going through special electromagnetic-wave deaerator that fixes and intensifies the results of magnetic treatment for a long period.
9. Chemical composition of water, absence of aggressive carbonic acid (CO2) and excess of ferric oxides (more than 1 mg/l) are of great importance for production of the apparatus, its tuning, effective and stable work.
